Easter Greeting from the President of the Serbian National Organization in Canada

Dear brothers and sisters in Christ,

As we celebrate the feast of feasts, we must pray to Almighty God for unity, health, and patience. Let us remember all those who followed the Risen Lord – all the Serbs, men and women, who gave their lives for the preservation of the Orthodox faith and the Serbian identity, from the Battle of Kosovo to the present day. Let us follow the path of the Risen Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of God – the only path that leads us to spiritual freedom and eternal life.

It has never been easy to be a Serb. The closer we are to God, the easier it will be to endure the hardships and challenges of this earthly life. Only by following the Lord Jesus Christ can we hope for the survival of the Serbian people as a whole.

CHRIST IS RISEN! TRULY, HE IS RISEN!
